Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange. 

We inspect all returned items.  To qualify for refund or exchange:

  • The item must be in unused condition
  • If applicable, the item must be returned with original tags
  • If applicable, the item must be re-package as originally shipped to you

Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded in cases of buyer’s remorse, such as, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the color, size, or contents; customer change of mind; purchase of similar item somewhere else, erroneous purchase of items, etc. Additionally, shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon customer request, Lazuli will either provide a refund to qualifying items or provide an exchange for the same product.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund, Lazuli will begin the refund process after Lazuli receives the returned item. The refund process will begin with an item inspection to determine whether the item qualifies for a refund.

How we Reimburse Customers: Refunds will be sent back to the credit or debit card used to make the initial purchase within five business days of the refund request and receipt of the returned item.  Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

 

Exchanges

If a customer requests an exchange, Lazuli will begin the exchange process. A qualifying return item must be exchanged for the same item. If the item is not in stock, the customer will be notified and a refund will automatically be processed.

Exchanges will be processed by Lazuli within five business days of the exchange request and receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
