Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Processing

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped, Friday 1pm EST through Sunday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay of shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping:  We offer standard shipping for all orders within the Continental U.S. 
  • Expedited Shipping:  For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping for an additional fee within the Continental U.S. 
  • Free Shipping:  Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
  • Outside Continental U.S.:  We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside the U.S.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

Tracking Information

Shipment Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses And Refused Delivery

We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the shipping carrier.  If we cannot validate the address, we will make every attempt to contact the customer to provide an updated address.  If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Lazuli will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days.   If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier reports that the order was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible, via our Contact Us form at www.buylazuli.com/contact.

Lazuli will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved.  If applicable, we will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.  Allow up to a minimum of 21 days for the investigation.
